skydiving was possibly the most exciting, exhilerating, complete adrenaline rush EVER. everyone needs to experience it. there's nothing like jumping out of a plane and flying through the sky at 130 mph.

well, i basically have the best friends ever. they tried to throw me a surprise party for my birthday, but i didn't go to class and then they couldn't set up without me there. so i ruined the whole surprise aspect. it was still amazing though and the best birthday i've ever had, so here are some pictures.

i never write in this thing anymore, but i feel like updating, so here it goes.
hawaii round two: amazing. great surf, good friends, fun times.
avalon '06: even MORE amazing. new people, fun surfing, kayaking, and great friends/family.
now, it's back to work and back to school, which should be fine.
yesterday was one of the best days i've had in a while. before flying back from the east, i dawned it and went surfing at 5:00 before my 10:00 am flight. it was so amazing, perfect, inexplicably...GOOD. there is nothing like being the only one on the beach, in the ocean, with the sun rising, waves crashing, day breaking. everything was so gorgeous, and it was a perfect way to end a great vacation. then on the way up to school once i was back in cali, surfed at rincon. so yes, surfing in the pacific and atlantic in the SAME day.
also, had great talks with a great friend which always makes life so much better, easier, understandable.
that's all for now, and probably for a while.

today, i went to none of my classes, and this seems to be a recurring theme in my life. i can easily say that i attended about 50% of my classes this week. ohhh well!
instead of going to classes today, i slept in, woke up and went to breakfast, then proceded to open at work at 10:30. work was fun as usual, and included no attack by the psycho birds on the patio, nick telling me how he loves me (we barely know each other), damon drawing his acid-induced pictures on my board, and many other exciting times.
after work, i went to the beach and surfed for a while in waves that seemed stormy. they were nice and big, but kinda blown-out. nevertheless, it was fun with marie and foley, especially since the water was so so warm! and we all know that warm water = fantasic
after surfing and some down-time on the beach, a bunch of us went to the jacuzzi (via me longboarding in a bikini while marie pulled me on her bike through campus) at the rec cen. after i got bored (so about 8 minutes), i went over to the pools and more importantly, the diving boards...which were SO MUCH FUN! holy shit, i want to join the fucking diving team now, it was amazing! i guess it helps having done gymnastics a decent amount of my life, because it was really easy to do shit and i've never dove before. front flips, back flips, random other fun diving things, and the infamous 'jump or dive' game were done, and of course the extra springy board provided extreme amounts of fun for 'jump or dive,' including marie's cannonball dive which pretty much looked like a turtle flying through the air.
besides a minor setback (hmmm...?), today rocked and i couldn't have asked for a better day. i hope everyone has enjoyed this post because i can't promise they'll happen very often, even though i would like them to.

-strung out with liz and emily is tomorrow (!!!) and so is babysitting at my professor's mansion, which should be interesting..
-work is CRAAAAZINESS but it is fun and i am making money and meeting many new and exciting people
-my new turtles kick ass and hubert is happy to have friends
-school can kiss my white ass (and we all know that it's white)
and i think i am actually gonna start writing in this thing again. i was reading old entries and had such a good time making fun of myself and the memories are just so good to retain.

oh my god, the day has finally come. 7th heaven is over for ever!!! what will i do with my monday nights now?!?! i can't even think straight right now, i am so devastated, hahaha. three sets of twins, simon is a papa, and mary and carlos back together!? of course it had to end prefectly, i love it.

frogger was an amazing little frog who brought joy to every one. he liked to swim around in his tank, croak, ribbit, and float around. his favorite meal was a mealworm with a side of a cricket. frogger was 4 years old, including his tadpole years.
frogger was buried with love in the UCSB lagoon, a place frogger would have loved to live during his hopping life. he will be very happy and at peace in his new 'home.'
frogger is survived by his mother and father, myself and megan, his brother hubert cumberdale, his uncle kent, his godmother monica, and all of his friends in bahia hall.
frogger, rest in peace baby. hop around, eat some flies, chill on some lillypads, you know the rest. you were the best froggity frog ever and you will be missed.
